So Sid dropped off the kit on Saturday and collected it a week later.

I made a start builing the kit which breaks down into the following sub modules:

  1. Case hardware and PSU / Backplane PCB
  2. VCO
  3. Computer
  4. VCF
  5. Mix

The build guides from the designer in prestty much real time are a great help and once in the flow the modules take under an hour each.
All in all with 5 mdoules and an hour testing the system was up and running without any issues.

Example videos of the system running:

Calibration of VCO using 1v/octave was easy enough over 4 octaves. A lot of backwards and forwards adjustments but all easy if you have done it before

Calibration of the computer MIDI interface was more trickly (setting up the MIDI interfaces is something I always struggle with anyway) but,

Once done it was just fixing the VCO to C and then adjusting the adjusting the computers Course and Fine voltages.

The unit sounds great and I had great fun testing. I could have spent many more hours experimenting and messing with this great kit.
